Before you start buying and selling IP rights, there are a few things worth considering. To help you get off to a fine start in the IP Marketplace we offer the following services (click on the hyperlinks below).
To perform the many services we offer we have employed more than 100 patent examiners and approx. 40 legal advisers. We also draw upon the expertise of the Danish Patent and Trademark Office’s many other specialists.
We find information on the rights of others and other prior art. This will give you all you need to know for assessing the validity of your own or other peoples’ rights, or to see if there is risk that you might be infringing existing rights.
