DesDoc®
You can use our online tool, DesDoc® to record the date your design was made available to the public. It is quick and easy to use, although it is only available in Danish.

Which designs is your competitor registering?
A competitor watch will let you know which design rights are owned by a particular person or company. You will receive regular updates on the activities of your competitor. The watch covers both Denmark and abroad.

Design Clearance Search
Is there a risk that your design is infringing the design rights of others? If an already registered design is very close to yours it could mean that you will not be able to register and market your own design. A clearance search will provide you with enough information to decide whether you should continue to pursue the plans you have for your own design.
