Scanning of trademarks
Before you commit yourself to using a specific trademark for your product or company it useful to find out whether anyone else has registered trademarks that look like yours. You can do this with a Trademark Scanning. You decide the geographical scope of the search.
Availability search in Denmark
Do you know if you product or company shares its name with others? With the Availability Search in Denmark, you can find out early on if your trademark is unique or already registered by others. In this way you can decide whether to proceed with the name and possibly file an application for registration
Name search
The Outline of One Holder’s Trademarks search displays the trademark portfolio of a particular company or individual. You will receive a list of registered trademarks and trademark applications and the countries in which these are registered or applied for. This can provide valuable insight into the activities of your competitor – or an overview of your own.
MarkWatch
Is anybody infringing your trademark rights? Or is your trademark similar to a new trademark? With MarkWatch you will quickly find out if a trademark is similar to your own in Denmark or the EU. With this knowledge you can determine whether to file opposition against new trademarks.
